Execs and emerging leaders don play clothes, tap into the ancient wisdom of our equine mentors, and acquire unique, skills-based tools for effective, empathic management of today’s workforce.

Heart-Centered Leadership. In this two-day leadership workshop, discover the wild wisdom in the space between strength and compassion and witness how horses can teach us to lead from the inside out. During this event we explore our innate human need for connection, acknowledge the challenge of finding executive peers, and build-out an individual matrix of support systems. Select dates available for 2026.

Personal growth & healing

From the horse arena to the art studio, Sunridge offers workshops for those seeking healing, respite, spiritual growth, or guidance with a major life decision. Participants are welcomed into a safe, supportive, quiet space where we access our inner-creative-kid and harness the intuitive wisdom of our equine partners to embark on a journey of self-discovery.

Horse-Heart Healing (H3). Our equine partners are proven stress-reducers, co-regulators, and natural intuitive healers. Horses live in the present moment and just being near them can lower heartrate, blood pressure, and cortisol. Join our group at one or more of the H3 events, and let your soul soak up some of that guided equine magic. This half-day event offers different experiences each time. H3 is offered on May 21, July 8, and September 9, 2026. $125, scholarships available.

Crossroads. Should I stay or should I go? This full-day equine exploratory workshop is designed for the person who feels stuck, is struggling with a major decision, or facing a significant transition, like divorce, retirement, career move, or other change in personal or family dynamic. In this unique workshop, we tap into the wisdom of our equine friends and inner guidance in a safe, supportive environment. May 5, 2026 or July 14, 2026. $195, scholarships available.

True North. Feeling unsure of your true purpose? Do you sense something more out there, waiting for you, but not sure what direction to go? This one -day mini-camp is designed to turn down the volume of the world’s cacophony, tune inward to your own true song, and plan out next steps on your formidable path. Dates TBD.

Alchemy of Art. For the person whose creative practice has taken a back seat to life’s demands or whose creative spirit could use an all-systems reset. In this full-day workshop, we discover the magic that can happen when we allow ourselves to engage in free expression and tap into our own ancient internal apothecary. Rekindle your inner Monet and renew your spirit. No incantations, just safe, creative healing in a supportive environment. No art experience necessary. September 17, 2026. $195, scholarships available.
